How to Hard Reset your Jiofi
STEP 1: LOCATE THE RESET BUTTON IN YOUR JIOFI
Like every router, JioFi too has a reset button. In this device, it is located near the WPS Button, at the end of the tunnel. It has ‘RESET’ written on it. Externally, JioFi has only one button visible. The Hard reset button is hidden to users due to its internal placing.
STEP 2: FACTORY RESET JIOFI
Get a sim ejector pin or any ordinary pin such as safety pin. Remove the back cover and insert the pin carefully in your JioFi and press the button located inside for some 20 seconds. Soon you will see the JioFi blinking and it will automatically be rebooted and factory defaults would be restored. Change the settings or set your new password according to your convenience.
STEP 3: CONNECT YOUR PC OR SMARTPHONE TO YOUR JIOFI
Check the internet connection on your smartphone or PC and check if the devices connected to JioFi are having an access to 4g Data.
